In a project of duplex apartment in housing estate Cooper House the main idea was quality, comfort and unusual solutions. Modern and laconic interior underlined with contemporary home automation systems and equipment. The home Cinema Theater fit out hi-end quality systems by Avantgarde.

The penthouse divides in two parts: private and public. At the first level from the entrance hall you can see a living room with two tiers of windows with kitchen and home Cinema Theater zone.

As well, the main line in design of this project is a comfort, owner could control all home’s devices and systems with a single button.

At the second level you can find bedrooms with sauna, recreation, office room and winter garden.
