Multifunctional complex in concept of Zvenigorod town-planning development

The house was projected in difficult urban conditions. At the territory of the house there is a road that divides building lot in two parts. To avoid toxic smoke from the road, we made a decision to enclose the road in pipe.

The building has 6, 9, 12 and 16 stories. Service floors are at 6th and 9th levels. Functionally the building consists of apartment, hotel, office parts and multilevel parking for workers, guests and dwellers of the house.
